Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unused products, in original packaging and in good, sellable condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or return.

Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of the return shipping.   We recommend that when shipping the return, you should consider using a tracking service and shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders, which we don't receive. 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is in acceptable condition, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.

 

If you purchased your products from the TBG website and if you:

  • Ordered the incorrect item
  • Changed your mind after receiving the item, please contact us at orders@torontobotanicalgarden.ca by email within 10 days from the date of delivery

In the email, please include:

  • Your order number in the subject line
  • Your Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Order Number
  • Name of the item you received.
  • Reason for return
  • Delivery date of the order

 

RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM OR SIZE

If you purchased our products via this website and if you received, by our mistake, an incorrect item that is not matched to the item you ordered, please contact us by email.

In the email, please include:

  • Your order number in the subject line
  • Your Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Reason for the email (you received an incorrect item)
  • Name of the correct item you ordered.

 

After we confirm our mistake, we will send the correct item as soon as possible at our expense. We are sorry for your inconveniences.
